Every year, the online kununu platform ratings honor the most popular employers in the DACH region with this seal. Due to strict criteria, only 5 percent of all companies listed on kununu qualified for the award this year.

Kununu is Europe's leading employer rating platform for employees, trainees, and applicants. The award is on all the ratings that individual employers have received from current and former employees each year. Those who want to earn the coveted seal must meet strict criteria. These include a minimum score of 3.8 out of the possible 5 points in each of the four categories assessed. Here, Assmann clutched a convincing 4.0 points. This mark is even above the average value of the IT industry in general.
