Lüdenscheid, 15.06.2023 (PresseBox) - The Assmann Group, known for its network and server cabinets of its own brand Digitus, is expanding its portfolio to include cabinets of a special kind: The new products from the Lüdenscheid-based company are the ideal and compact solution for storing and charging portable devices such as notebooks or tablets.

Whether schools, restaurants or other public facilities – very often solutions are needed to securely store mobile devices such as notebooks or tablets in a central location and simultaneously charge them via a USB port for the next use. The new charging cabinets from Digitus were developed exactly for this purpose. By means of built-in UV-C lamps, they also ensure hygienically sterile conditions inside.

The Digitus charging cabinets in detail:

The mobile desktop charging cabinet for notebooks/tablets up to 14 inch, UV-C, USB-C (DN-45004) includes 10 charging slots, all of which have their own USB port on the front. Thanks to integrated LED indicators, users can always keep an eye on the charging process. Abrasion-resistant feet ensure a slip-free setup, an integrated fan and ventilation slots support the active cooling of the cabinet. Built-in UV-C lamps ensure sterile conditions and thus environmentally friendly, improved hygiene.

The mobile charging cabinet for notebooks/tablets up to 15.6 inches, data synchronization, UV-C (DN-45005) includes 3 rows with 10 charging slots each, all of which have their own USB port on the front. Additionally, the devices can be connected to built-in power bars at the back. Thanks to the generous cable feed-throughs and excess length shelves, optimal cable management is guaranteed. Integrated fans and ventilation slots support the active cooling of the cabinet. Built-in UV-C lamps ensure sterile conditions and thus environmentally friendly, improved hygiene. For centralized data synchronization, the external USB port allows suitable end devices to be connected.
