Nine trainees enter professional life at ASSMANN Electronic

At the beginning of the new educational year 2018/2018, Sabrina Babilon instructor at Assmann Electronic GmbH, welcomed nine new trainees on August 1. Assmann Electronic is thus fulfilling its training commitment at the Lüdenscheid site for a total of 19 apprentices.

Jonas Heldmann, Mandana Dehghani, Inga Kotchmarik, Selina Greco, Regina Löwen and Alexander Büser will be trained in wholesale and foreign trade. Alexander Babilon and Felix Neumann will learn the profession of warehouse specialist and Hannah Schäfer will be creatively active in the field of media design. In the coming years, they will be able to work on real projects, assume responsibility and prove themselves in various departments.

Some trainees have reached the end of their apprenticeship early in the past and were able to shorten the regular training period. “We feel confirmed in offering all trainees a good training basis.” Says Sabrina Babilon pleased about the good results. “It is only logical to retain a good junior staff and promote them professionally as well as personally through further training opportunities.” Every year Assmann Electronic takes on the majority of its apprentices into permanent positions and can look back on a high takeover rate.
